Damaged or defective on arrival

Items that arrive damaged or defective are covered.

Write the damage on the delivery receipt before you sign.
Take photos of the crate and the item.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Change-of-mind returns

Change-of-mind returns are only available if you added Change-of-Mind Returns protection at checkout. With it, you can return an item for any reason when it is:

unused,
in its original packaging, and
within 30 days of delivery.

You pay the return freight. We refund the item price once the item reaches the return warehouse unused and in its original packaging.

Change-of-Mind Returns costs about 8% of the item price, and the exact amount shows in your cart before you pay.

Without Change-of-Mind Returns protection, we do not accept change-of-mind returns.

Change-of-Mind Returns is an optional service from Farran Motors. It is not a warranty and not an insurance policy.

Cancellations

Orders cancelled before they ship are subject to a 3% card processing fee.
Orders cancelled after they ship are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus the actual freight cost to return the item.
To cancel, contact us. A person handles every cancellation.

Manufacturer warranty

Farran Motors is an independent dealer and does not add a warranty of its own. Each product carries its manufacturer's warranty, and the manufacturer decides what is covered and how a defect is fixed. Claims on TMG Industrial products go to TMG Industrial support at cs@tmgindustrial.com. For other brands, contact us and we pass the claim to the manufacturer. Our Warranty page has the steps.

Manufacturer warranties usually do not cover:

Wear parts: cutting edges, skid shoes, teeth, blades, belts, tires, shear bolts and similar parts.
Damage from misuse or overloading.
Damage from running an attachment outside its rated horsepower.
