The TMG-TC24 Semi-Automatic Tire Changer is a fundamental machine for your small to medium sized tire shop or general automotive service department. Ensure maximum protection and efficiency changing tires of all size, style, brand and class without damaging the rim or tire itself. Save yourself and your employees exhausting labour and make everyone's day a little easier with this electrically powered, compact automotive shop essential.

Equipped with a reliable 120 VAC, single phase electric motor which provides ample power production for separating a tire from the rim smoothly and repetitively. Four heavy-duty self-centering jaws with dual pneumatic cylinders have a rim clamping capacity of 12'-24' to fit most standard tires for several vehicle makes and models. Covers on each jaw tooth safeguard wheel contact points and leave customers with a flawless tire change experience.

Step pedal controls allow the user to focus on their work and have total command over the machine's operation. Horizontal swing arm and clockwise/counterclockwise turntable makes the mounting and dismounting of tires straightforward and easy to do with little strain. Also available for purchase are optional clamping adapters and a pneumatic powered assist arm both compatible with this tire changer.

Good balance!

This unit doesn't take up a ton of space but still feels strong enough for large commercial tires. I've changed everything from 22.5s to big turf tires on this machine. The 3300 lb capacity is more than enough, and the hydraulic action feels solid and safe. I'd recommend it to any small to mid-sized shop!

Big performance

Upright tower design saves space and actually makes mounting and dismounting easier than on horizontal machines. I've used it on semi tires and some tractor tires so far... no issues! The bead breaker with the hook and disc combo works fast, even on older sidewalls. It's become one of the most-used tools in our truck bay.

Machine showed up crated securely and everything was included. We had the TMG TTC42 up and running in under two hours. It's built tough and doesn't feel like an entry level machine. The disc style bead breaker works better than I expected and doesn't damage rims if you line it up right. Great tool for our medium duty garage XD
