Overview
This semi-automatic tire changer is a core machine for small to medium tire shops and automotive service departments. A 2 HP, 120 VAC motor breaks tires from the rim smoothly, four self-centering jaws clamp rims from 12" to 24", and jaw covers protect the wheel.
What it does
- Clamps rims from 12" to 24" with four self-centering jaws
- Breaks tires from rims using a 2 HP, 120 VAC single phase motor
- Protects wheels with covers on each jaw tooth
- Runs from step pedals, with a horizontal swing arm and reversible turntable
Before you order
Plan for a 120 VAC outlet and a compressed air supply for the jaw cylinders. The clamping adapters and pneumatic assist arm are optional extras, not included.

Change out of my (4) 275/65R18 tires! 10 ply rated tires replacing 10 ply rated tires.
All worked out great. The youtube video highlighting the TMG-TC24 with tips was super helpful. I took my time and the old tires came off and the new tires went on very easy without a hitch. The biggest thing to remember is to place the TPMS sensor in the right location when dismounting and mounting. Or remove the unit when breaking the bead. Also break the bead in any area away from the valve.

A 120 VAC single phase outlet for the motor, and a compressed air supply for the pneumatic jaw cylinders.
Optional clamping adapters and a pneumatic assist arm are available separately.
Large items ship by LTL freight on a pallet. It is delivered curbside. If you asked for a call-ahead in the cart, the carrier phones you first to book a window. If you have no forklift or dock, the driver uses a liftgate to lower the crate to the ground.
Shipping damage is covered when you report it within 48 hours of delivery, with photos. Defects are handled under the manufacturer's warranty. Add change-of-mind returns at checkout and you can send it back unused, in its original packaging, within 30 days of delivery. You pay the return freight.
