Warranty Coverage

At Farran Motors, we are committed to delivering dependable electric utility vehicles backed by strong after-sales support. Every purchase includes a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects, and we also offer optional extended warranty plans at the customer’s cost.

What’s Covered

Our warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use, including:

  • Faulty electrical or mechanical components

  • Structural issues or weld failures present before use

  • Missing components or improper factory assembly

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused during installation, handling, or misuse

  • Wear and tear, cosmetic issues, or environmental damage

  • Modified, tampered, or improperly operated products

How to File a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact Us

    • Your order number

    • A description of the issue

    • Your contact details

  2. Submit Required Documentation
    Include the following:

    • Photos of the product and packaging upon arrival

    • Close-up images of the defect

    • Video demonstrating the malfunction (if applicable)

    • Product serial number and label

  3. Review Process (5–10 Business Days)
    Our team will evaluate your submission and respond within 5–10 business days. If approved, we will provide a solution such as:

    • Replacement parts

    • Repair authorization

    • Full or partial refund, depending on the situation

If a claim is not approved, we’ll provide a written explanation.
