12' X 60' Tunnel G/H as a pool cover
Our inground lap pool is 6' X 50'. We had a composite Trek deck built around it, then, the 12' x 60' greenhouse over it to better regulate the temperature. The roof is double poly-carbonate sheet. Hadda buy extra corrugated foam closures to keep the end walls from rattling and loosing heat. The pool was heated to 84 degrees and it was 51 outside when I went for a swim today.
We also had it raised 2' to be comfortably walk around the pool without hunching over and had the sides covered with 1/4" hardware cloth to keep rodents/animals and debris out. Well, most of them anyhow...
The install ( used the same contractors that installed a 24' x 24' 1200 Series Gothic Arch Cold Frame a few years ago; now full of orchids and succulents ) took a few days and nights; the worst part was pouring concrete per post in a 40 degrees night while recovering from COVID! With the last storms, the wind was under40mph and this greenhouse stood solid!
Overall, we're impressed with how sturdy this greenhouse is and would recommend it to anyone. I'd like to also thank Support folks for quick responses on questions and to provide the install guide PDF file.

No. It is a cold frame design: sunlight warms the soil and the air inside, and the structure holds that heat without a heating system.

Structures ship by LTL freight on a pallet. It is delivered curbside. If you asked for a call-ahead in the cart, the carrier phones you first to book a window. If you have no forklift or dock, the driver uses a liftgate to lower the crate to the ground.
Shipping damage is covered when you report it within 48 hours of delivery, with photos. Defects are handled under the manufacturer's warranty. Add change-of-mind returns at checkout and you can send it back unused, in its original packaging, within 30 days of delivery. You pay the return freight.
